Omar Nassery - ON Development

Omar Nassery is an architect and a licensed builder. He studied architecture in Poland and Afghanistan and obtained his General Contractor’s license in California in 1988.

For 30 years, Omar was the Chief Engineer for the world famous Hollywood hotel, The Sunset Marquis. During his tenure at the Sunset Marquis Hotel, Omar was entrusted by the owners to over see and was awarded General Contractor for the $35 million expansion program. Forty-one new deluxe suites, new restaurant and commercial kitchen completely revolutionized the iconic hotel.

Additonally, Omar’s commercial clients include Randy Gerber’s ‘Whiskey Bar’, Jed Lieber’s world famous Nightbird Recording Studio, and Boulevard 3 nightclub.

Omar has designed and built many luxury residential homes over the past 20 years. His architectural design as well as construction perfection has won him awards from Architectural Digest, winner of Open Audition Design of California as well as Best Bell Canyon House of the Year. He specializes in modern, clean, architecturally significant homes that feature the highest level of finishes and attracts the celebrity owners who repeatedly purchase his homes.
